I have found a natural tasty drink which is banana lassi that help to improve constipation. Below is banana lassi recipe.
Ingredient
- Two ripen bananas and peel into slices.
- One cup of plain yogurt
- 2 ice-cubes ( optional)
- 1 tablespoon brown/ white sugar if needed
- 1/2 cup water/ milk.
Instruction
- Put bananas, yogurt, water, sugar and ice-cubes altogether into a blender. Blend them until smooth.
- Pour it into a glass and tasty banana lassi is ready.
- Put some nuts on top of lassi if you want.
